 hange...\n\nKeep an eye on the website\, days will be posted once the new 
 year's provincial calendar has become available...\n\nLimited space availa
 ble\, so book your coaching spot below\, sooner rather than later!\nInform
 ation about our archery instruction may be found here\n\nCosts: (payment o
 n the day in cash please)\n\nR140 per instructor per hour session plus\nR6
 0 per person per hour session Club/range fee additional to the above.\n\nO
 nly book one session (hour) per person/booking.\nBUT: If you are booking f
 or two people for the same session then please include the second persons 
 name in the comment field when entering your booking...\nPlease take note 
 of the following\nThere is now a "Standby List" list for those that miss t
 he session bookings. This will be per instruction day and will not be carr
 ied over to future days.\nIf there is a session with only one person\, or 
 a cancellation\, then those on the standby list will be allocated sessions
  on a first-come first-serve basis.\nThe standby list is for single person
  session slots that may be available. Do not book a single ticket for more
  than one person on the Standby List as slots would only be to fill a sing
 le person space\, making a maximum of two people per coach (remember that 
 you'd be on the standby list as time slots would have already been booked 
 with at least one person per coach).\nWe cannot guarantee a specific time 
 slot but if you absolutely cannot make a time then please state as such in
  the comment field of the booking.\nPlease understand that just because yo
 u're on the standby list does not mean that there will be a session slot a
 vailable for you\, if you are allocated a slot you should receive a "booki
 ng confirmed" email else you should receive a "booking rejected" email if 
 no slots are available...\n\nAccess to booking a space below will open clo
 ser to the date...\nBookings for coaching will only open at 09:00 the Mond
 ay preceding the coaching day\, this is to allow a more fair opportunity f
 or anyone to get a booking\, and bookings close on the Friday at midday.\n
